CHRIST-CENTERED HELP FOR CHRONIC PAIN AND STRESS-DRIVEN SYMPTOMS
Your pain is real. And you don’t have to carry it alone.
Fight For Our Health brings Christ-centered coaching, honest health education, and real community together for people who are tired of fighting for their health by themselves.
Our free community. No card, no catch.
- No healing guarantees, ever.
- No hype, no fear, no shame.
- Real faith and real science together.
You’ve prayed. You’ve done the tests. You’re still hurting.
Maybe the labs came back normal again. Maybe you have a diagnosis, and it still doesn’t explain everything you feel. Maybe you’ve started to wonder whether the people around you, or even your doctors, really believe you.
And underneath it all, life keeps asking for more. You keep showing up for everyone who needs you, while your body quietly asks when someone is going to show up for you.
Fight For Our Health was built for exactly this place.
“I know this road. I lived on it for years.”
Jessica English spent most of her life fighting chronic pain. In one stretch she sat through 22 medical appointments in three months and came home with more diagnoses and fewer answers. What changed everything was discovering how faith and honest science fit together: her pain was real, and the brain and nervous system played a bigger role than anyone had told her. God met her in the darkest season of her life, and now she teaches what she had to learn the hard way.

Pain is never only physical.
Your spiritual, emotional, mental, relational, and physical health are connected. They are five windows into the same room, and strain in one area can show up in another. That’s why we look at the whole person: body, soul, and spirit.
-
Spiritual. Identity in Christ, Scripture, prayer, and rhythms of real rest.
-
Emotional. Naming and processing what you feel instead of outrunning it.
-
Mental. Recognizing fear-driven thought patterns and practicing steadier ones.
-
Relational. Boundaries, communication, and connection that give more than they take.
-
Physical. Practical ways to care for your body while respecting its limits.
Why we call it a fight
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Ephesians 6:12 (KJV)
Some seasons of healing feel deeply physical, but the fight is never only in the body. Fear, isolation, spiritual weariness, and relational strain all shape how we experience life and health. So we take back our health with God as the Great Physician, caring for the whole person He made: body, soul, and spirit.
We fight not by striving, but by surrendering. Not through fear, but through faith. We fight for peace, purpose, joy, health, and wholeness in Christ.
