    The cheek swab provides wellness-focused genetic insights. Jessica uses the report for education and coaching, not diagnosis or treatment.

  • Can I buy the test directly from 3X4?

    You can, but you will not receive the detailed breakdown of food, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations for each pathway. That is why 3X4 partners with providers, and Jessica is one of them. The private review is where your results become a plan.

  • What if health information makes me anxious?

    You do not have to interpret the report alone. Jessica will help you separate possibility from certainty and focus only on what is useful.

  • Will I receive supplement recommendations?

    You will receive key supplement considerations connected to your report. Jessica does not prescribe doses and will point you toward qualified support when your full health picture needs clinical review.

  • How long do results take?

    3X4 currently estimates about two to three weeks after the lab receives the sample. Shipping or vendor delays can extend the total timeline.

  • What is the refund policy?

    A full refund is available before the kit is ordered. After kit order or private review begins, nonrecoverable costs and completed work affect the refundable amount.
