Genetics Privacy Notice

This Genetics Privacy Notice explains how Fight For Our Health, LLC, operated by Jessica English, handles information connected with the Core Genetic Wellness Package and related genetics education services. It supplements the general Fight For Our Health Privacy Policy and Terms.

1. What this notice covers

This notice applies to information Fight For Our Health receives or creates while providing genetics education and coaching, including information used to order a kit, review a 3X4 Genetics Blueprint, prepare personalized educational materials, conduct a consultation, and provide follow-up support.

The service is intended for adults age 18 and older.

2. Information we may collect

Fight For Our Health may collect:

Contact, account, payment-status, scheduling, and communication information
Agreements, acknowledgments, consent choices, and authorizations
Health, lifestyle, goals, medications, supplements, family history, and faith preferences you choose to provide
Kit-order, shipping, registration, and processing-status information
Your official 3X4 Blueprint and selected genetic pathways or variants
Consultation notes, priority maps, educational guides, video scripts, and delivered files
Sharing instructions for a coach, practitioner, or other person you name
Optional AI-assisted drafting consent and the limited working excerpts described below

Fight For Our Health does not request raw genotype files or complete SNP exports for this service.

3. Sources of information

Information may come directly from you, from the secure client portal, from 3X4 Genetics as part of the kit and report process, from a professional you authorize, and from ordinary website or marketing interactions. We do not intentionally place genetics reports or detailed health information in our marketing platform.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

Provide the service you request
Confirm payment and required consent
Order and track the kit
Understand your goals and context
Receive and review the 3X4 Blueprint
Prepare your consultation and personalized educational materials
Respond to questions and administer refunds
Maintain security and prevent misuse
Meet legal, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping duties
Share information with a person you authorize or when disclosure is required by law

We will not use genetics or health information for a materially different purpose without providing any notice or consent required by applicable law.

Fight For Our Health uses:

Healthie for payment, client accounts, intake, agreements, authorizations, notes, consultation, and personalized document or video delivery
3X4 Genetics for kit fulfillment, registration, sample processing, the practitioner portal, the official Blueprint, and the 3X4 Health app
GoHighLevel only for ordinary marketing information such as name, email, marketing consent, source, and nurture status
An approved AI service only when you separately opt in and only for limited excerpts used to assist with drafting educational materials
Other vendors that support secure business, legal, accounting, or technology operations, with access limited to what is reasonably needed

We may also share information with a coach, healthcare professional, or other person you specifically authorize, or when disclosure is required by law or valid legal process.

Fight For Our Health does not sell genetic or consumer health information. We do not use it for targeted advertising.

Healthie and 3X4 Genetics are independent service providers with their own terms, privacy practices, security practices, and retention requirements. This notice describes the information controlled by Fight For Our Health. A request made to us may not automatically remove information independently controlled by another provider.

6. Marketing-platform limitation

Fight For Our Health does not intentionally place genetic reports, selected variants, health-intake answers, medications, supplements, family history, kit identifiers, report identifiers, personalized findings, consultation notes, or client deliverables in GoHighLevel.

7. Optional AI-assisted drafting

AI-assisted drafting is optional and requires separate affirmative consent. If you decline, Jessica will complete the service through her manual workflow.

When you consent, Jessica creates a minimum-necessary working brief rather than uploading the original report, a raw genotype file, or a complete SNP export. The brief may include relevant pathways or selected variants, broad goals, generalized context, and the requested educational deliverable.

Direct identifiers, report identifiers, portal links, identifying filenames, and other unnecessary details are removed. A random task code is used, and the code-to-client crosswalk remains in the secure client portal. Fight For Our Health reviews the AI service’s business-data protections before using client-derived information. Removing identifiers reduces privacy risk but cannot guarantee that re-identification is impossible.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask Fight For Our Health to:

Confirm whether we hold your consumer health or genetic information
Provide access to or a copy of information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete information we control
Withdraw optional sharing or AI consent for future use
Review or appeal a decision about a privacy request

You may use an authorized agent where applicable. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the agent’s authority before acting. We will not require you to create a new account solely to submit a request.

Submit a request through your secure client portal or the Fight For Our Health Contact page. If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will explain the reason and any appeal option required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not reverse processing or sharing that was already completed with valid permission.

9. Retention and deletion

Fight For Our Health schedules health and lifestyle intake details, working notes, genetic priority maps, personalized genetics working files, and AI working briefs for deletion 12 months after service completion when they are no longer needed.

Temporary AI briefs and unnecessary local files are deleted sooner after the final material is approved and placed in the secure client portal. Consent, authorization, transaction, tax, security, and legally required business records may be retained longer. Earlier verified deletion requests will be honored unless retention is required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, transaction, or dispute purposes.

Healthie and 3X4 Genetics control their own retention practices. When applicable, Fight For Our Health will take reasonable steps to communicate a valid deletion request to service providers that process information on our behalf.

10. Security and incident response

Fight For Our Health uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and the size of the service. Access is limited to people who need it to provide or support the service. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. If a reportable privacy or security incident occurs, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

11. State and other privacy rights

Consumer health and genetic privacy rights vary by location and may apply even when other health-privacy laws do not. Fight For Our Health will honor verified requests and provide required notices, response periods, appeal rights, and authorized-agent procedures as applicable.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated as required by law. The effective date identifies the current version.
